Full-time tenured faculty in the Department of Music, Theatre, and Dance. Responsible for the administration of the dance program and teaching the following courses: all levels of modern dance technique, dance history, improvisation, choreography, Dance Company, Introduction to Dance Company, dance pedagogy, dance conditioning, screendance, and introduction to dance. Create new work on students in the GVSU Dance Company. Contribute to ongoing administrative and faculty duties in the department including student advising.

Full-time tenure-track faculty in the Department of Theatre and Dance. Responsible for modern dance curriculum, including teaching all levels of technique to majors and non-majors, and teaching the following courses: improvisation, dance in culture, and beginning levels of ballet. Created nine new works on students in the WKU Dance Company.

Full-time faculty in the Department of Theatre and Dance (part-time in spring 2008). Taught all four levels of modern technique to majors and non-majors, freshman repertory, improvisation, production, and dance appreciation. Advised senior and junior choreographic projects. Created five new works on students in the Repertory Dance Company.

2020 Contaminated. Virtual Fall Dance Concert, Grand Valley State Univeristy, Allendale, MI. Restructured live choreography (see Choreography 2006) and created, edited, and produced a dance film incorporating 27 dancers.

​

2017 Color/Form. Knickerbocker Theatre, Hope College, Holland, MI. Created and produced a video dance of Hope faculty Angie Yetzkie’s choreography with Hope dance majors. Film was screened in the StrikeTime (student dance company) concert at Hope College.

​

2008 Inside Out. Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green, KY. Created and produced a video dance screened in the fall dance concert at WKU.

​

2007 Alley Ink Dance, Philadelphia, PA. Designed and produced a promotional DVD for the dance company Alley Ink Dance using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and DVD Studio Pro.

 

2005 The Philadelphia Dance Company (Philadanco), Philadelphia, PA. Hired by videographer Peter Richards to assist with a week of taping Philadanco lectures, master classes, and performances at Bryn Mawr College and Temple University.

2004 & 2005 Bates Dance Festival, Lewiston, ME. Assisted festival videographer Peter Richards with shooting, editing, and production of archival documentation of performances, lectures, classes, and life at the festival.

​

2005 Bloodwork, Philadelphia, PA. Collaborated with Shavon Norris in creating a video that accompanied Norris’s MFA choreographic thesis at Temple University.
